Leadership 101: Manager and Supervisor Live Training

If you’ve ever promoted someone into leadership and watched them struggle, you’re not alone. In health care, strong clinical skills don’t always translate into confident leadership.

That’s why NCHCFA has partnered with the Leadership Development Group.

Leadership 101 is their six-session live virtual training designed for new managers in health care. They give them the skills, tools, and coaching they need.

New leaders learn how to:

  • Handle tough conversations without drama
  • Hold their team accountable with confidence
  • Build trust and create a culture of high performance

Leadership 101 trainers bring decades of experience working with health care teams.

Every strategy is grounded in the real-world challenges your managers are facing, such as burnout, communication breakdowns, staff retention, and team morale.

The first session of 2026 is Thursday, January 15 at Noon – 1:00 p.m. Click here to learn more and register.
