Incite Strategic Partners, the exclusive GPO of NCHCFA, is offering a free webinar, Dining with Dignity: IDDSI-Compliant Puree Techniques, on May 13 at 4:00 p.m.  

This 60-minute interactive session will focus on improving the look, taste, and presentation of texture-modified foods while supporting IDDSI standards. Attendees will learn practical techniques to enhance resident satisfaction, improve intake, and elevate dignity at mealtimes.  

Led by Alexa Kirtley, Training & Culinary Director at Rubicon Foods, this session will cover:  

• Preparing Rubicon puree products  
• Puree shaping techniques  
• Bulk preparation methods designed to save labor  

Attendees will receive 1 CEU pending approval from ANFP for CDM-CFPPs.
