Free NCHCFA Member Webinar on May 7! Your Survey Data Has a Story: A Free Tool to Act on It

NCHCFA has partnered with Clearpol AI to give every member facility access to real-time, statewide survey trends—and practical tools to respond when it matters most. Join us for a free member webinar on Thursday, May 7 at 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. to learn how this works and how your facility can benefit.

The webinar, Your Survey Data Has a Story: A Free Tool to Act on It, will be presented by Dr. Baron Erdik, VP of Clinical Operations at Clearpol AI. He will cover North Carolina statewide survey trends (county by county), demonstrate how Clearpol AI and POC Writer works, and use real examples using high-risk tags like F689, F684, and F600.

How It Works

  • Upload your facility’s CMS-2567 to the NCHCFA member portal
  • Clearpol analyzes your data as part of a statewide quality and survey trends report
  • Your facility receives complimentary access to POC Writer—activated immediately

What is POC Writer?

POC Writer is one of the most widely used AI compliance platforms in long-term care. It helps teams quickly and effectively respond to:

  • Immediate Jeopardy situations
  • Recertification and complaint surveys
  • Change of ownership surveys
  • All F-tags, K-tags, and E-tags

Space is limited and exclusively for NCHCFA members. We encourage you to share this opportunity with your leadership team. We’re proud to support the compliance work your teams do every day—don’t miss this opportunity to see how AI can help lighten the load and strengthen your survey readiness.
