Applicants create an organizational profile that sets the stage for further quality improvement and progression to the Silver and Gold Award levels.

We commend these North Carolina centers for their dedication to excellence and their efforts to enhance the quality of care for residents across the state. Their achievement reflects a strong commitment to continuous improvement and to fostering a culture of excellence in long-term care.
