ENROLL NOW: No-Cost Quality Improvement Support Available for North Carolina Nursing Homes

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has selected Health Quality Innovators (HQI) as the Quality Innovation Network–Quality Improvement Organization (QIN‑QIO) serving North Carolina. 

As the CMS-funded QIN-QIO, HQI offers no‑cost support to help nursing homes strengthen quality and performance. HQI’s team of local quality improvement experts partner directly with facilities to provide one‑on‑one coaching, education and clinical resources, and technical assistance for both clinical and operational goals – all aligned with existing workflows. 

The enrollment window closes in August, so sign up now to secure your spot.  

NCHCFA encourages North Carolina nursing homes to enroll now to take advantage of these valuable resources and support services. Participation is simple. Complete and submit a brief Provider Service Agreement and a member of the HQI team will follow up with next steps.
