CMS Posts Updated Quality Measure Resources 

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has posted an updated quality measure user manual, along with updated measure specifications and risk adjustment files.  

These include:  

• Updated Nursing Home Compare Claims-based Quality Measure Technical Specifications and Appendix.  
• Updated SNF QM User’s Manual v7.0 for the SNF Quality Reporting Program and risk adjustment files effective October 1, 2025.
