Vision Centre Conducting Workforce Preparedness Survey Through March 30 

Vision Centre, a national nonprofit addressing the leadership crisis in aging services by building strong, diverse talent pipelines, is conducting a survey to help improve workforce preparation in aging services leadership. The survey deadline is March 30. 

One of the Vision Centre’s goals is to foster and grow sustainable academic programs in aging service leadership across the country. They are working on producing an up-to-date report on the challenges and opportunities of the growing need for leaders in the LTC field. They are seeking information from practicing administrators or executive directors to better understand leadership retention trends in the field today. 

The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. There is no identifying information that will be used for analyzing the results. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Doug Olson at dolson@visioncentre.org.
