Seeking Nominations for New NCHCFA Workforce Development Committee 

We are seeking self nominations for a new NCHCFA Workforce Development Committee. The deadline is Wednesday, March 25. 

The Workforce Development Committee focuses on the key workforce challenges and opportunities affecting the long-term care sector. These include staff recruitment, talent pipeline growth, retention, training, and professional development to strengthen the long-term care workforce. Committee members review emerging trends, share insights, and assess best practices or innovative initiatives that may help address the workforce needs. The committee also helps identify strategies and recommendations that support a stable, skilled, and sustainable workforce.

If you are interested in serving on this new committee, fill out the interest form by close of business on Wednesday, March 25.
