Registration Now Available for Three Yearlong Webinar Series

NCHCFA has partnered with Proactive LTC Consulting to offer three yearlong webinar series in 2026. This is a great opportunity to earn up to 36 CEUs if you register for all three webinar series.  

The webinars begin in January, and all sessions are from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Register for the series and save money. Individual session registration is also available. Following is more information on all the webinar series.  

Survey and Clinical Risk Management: Evaluating Quality and Survey Outcomes  

Begins January 13 

This year-long virtual series is designed to equip LTC leaders, clinicians, and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to stay compliant, improve quality outcomes, and strengthen survey readiness. Each monthly session focuses on a critical area of LTC operational or clinical risk, blending regulatory guidance with practical strategies for implementation of corrective actions. Participants will gain actionable insights and tools to enhance facility performance, survey readiness, and risk mitigation.

DON Playbook: Skills for Today’s LTC Nurse Leader  

Begins January 20 

This series focuses on the core competencies and strategies of an effective Director of Nursing. Monthly sessions focus on critical skills including leading teams, implementing strong systems for key tasks, and mastering the QAPI approach to drive performance outcomes. Experienced nurse leaders share key insights to address common problems and high-risk issues that can derail facility success. Each session throughout the year is a mini workshop which aims to come alongside the busy DON to offer useful strategies to de-stress the role and bring wisdom and clarity to serve residents and staff with excellence.

Team MDS! Insights and Coaching for Quality Coding and PDPM Success 

Begins January 27 

This 12-part monthly webinar and coaching series is designed to strengthen facility MDS teams with practical, hands-on lessons in coding accuracy, documentation, and PDPM proficiency.
