New Webinar Series Alert! Strategies for Workforce Retention

Join NCHCFA and Proactive LTC Consulting for a four-week Strategies for Workforce Retention webinar series beginning on October 29.  

The series provides actionable insights and resources to bolster retention of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Participants will receive information on evaluating key risk factors for staff exiting employment with strategies to perform root cause analysis and prioritize retention interventions. 

The series will also include methods for measuring staff engagement and empowerment–which are potential indicators of staff job satisfaction and a measure of risk of leaving an organization. In addition, tangible action planning to promote improvement in these areas will be covered based on current research. Considerations for launching a successful nursing career advancement pathway will be discussed along with strategies for addressing the growing deficit in new nurse leaders prepared to replace retiring DONs and those in other nurse leadership roles.
