Survey Tip – Documenting Protection on Abuse Reporting: Resident-to-Resident Altercations

A new survey tip has been posted to the AHCA Survey Regulatory page for your review. In the new Survey Tip section, you will find tips related to recently noted survey trends. The latest survey tip provides information regarding the reporting of resident-to-resident altercations. It includes the regulation on this topic, along with tips to stay in compliance with reporting requirements at F609.
